Pre-Booking Questions
How do I check availability and rates?
You can easily check live availability and current rates directly through our Casago calendar link where it say 'Availability + Rates' However, contact us directly from the 'BOOK HERE' button on the home page for the most current deals and discounts!
What currency are the rates charged in?
All bookings and transactions for Sophi Beach are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
What are the payment and deposit basics?
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
A minimum 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates, with the balance due 2 weeks prior to your visit. If you are paying the owners directly, you may pay in full and you can use Venmo. You may also use a credit card, but will require a 3% additional charge.
No, there is no minimum stay requirement! You can stay one night, but you should definitely stay longer :)
How many guests are allowed?
Sophi Beach comfortably accommodates a 8 guests. There are 2 king beds, and a bunk bed that is a double over double, with an extra twin trundle pull out. The couch in the living room is not a sofa bed. There are 3 on-suite bathrooms.
Are pets allowed at Sophi Beach?
To maintain our high standards of cleanliness and luxury, we have a strict no-pet policy for all guests. You may see pets roaming around the property and unfortunately they are only allowed for owners.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel within 14 days of your booking, you will receive a 75% refund of the total amount paid. A 25% fee will be retained to cover administrative and reservation costs.
Is the booking process secure?
Absolutely. Your personal and payment details are always protected.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if the schedule allows.
Parking & Security
Where do I park and is it safe?
The resort offers secure, gated parking with 24/7 security patrol. Guests can park in unassigned spaces within the designated lots. There are also 4 EV charging stations between the 2 properties.
Connectivity
Is high-speed Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo, perfect for streaming on our smart TV's or remote work.
Resort Life
What resort amenities can I use?
Guests have full access to oceanfront swimming pools, a lazy river, hot tub and the fitness center in Encántame Soleil and on-site dining options at both properties, Encantame Soliel and Encantame Towers.
Provisions
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, we provide modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and basic spices. There is a coffee maker with a normal carafe and filters and a single serve K-cup style. You can bring coffee grounds or k-cups.
House Rules
What are the quiet hours and rules?
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking or events are permitted, and resort wristbands must be worn at all times.

Getting Here
Navigating your way to paradise is simple. Sophi Beach is located within the secure and beautiful Encántame Soleil complex in Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico.
Where is Sophi Beach located?
We are situated on the 14th floor of the Encántame Soleil building, just a short drive east of downtown Rocky Point on the pristine Playa Encanto beach in Mexico. It's an easy 4 hour drive from Phoenix, AZ!
What notes should U.S. travelers know for crossing and car insurance?
The Lukeville/Sonoyta border is the most common crossing. Remember your passport, and ensure you have Mexican Auto Insurance before crossing into Mexico. Click HERE for an easy online purchase. For reference, it typically costs about $20/day.
Is it safe to drive into Mexico?
Yes, crossing the border and driving through Sonoyta is safe. Once you are through that town, which takes about 10 minutes, it's a wide open drive for 1 hour to the resort. Easy Peasy! Click HERE for our step-by-step guide to safe travel through the border.
What is the best way to get around town?
A personal vehicle is recommended for the 15-minute drive into town. for more restaurants, things to do and emergency health care if needed.
